After almost 40 years, the Interamerican Scout Conference, the highest governance body in the Region, returns to the Caribbean. This time to be hosted by Scouting Antiano in Curaçao. In accordance with the provisions of article 6, letter a) of the Constitution of the Interamerican Scout Region, each Member Organisation of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, that is part of the Interamerican Scout Region, can authorise up to a maximum of 6 Delegates, making sure to include young people between 18 and 30 years old.
"Bon Bini Dushi" is more than just a greeting in Papiamento; it is the warm welcome extended to you by Curaçao, our host island. It means "Welcome, dear," and it is in this same spirit of hospitality and closeness that we have created this special section for you.
